Meal planning and nutritional guidance
Kickboxing
Depending on your goals, training programs may include: Weight training, cardiovascular exercise, plyometrics, kick boxing, yoga, and/or pilates. All equipment necessary for training sessions is provided. I will bring equipment such as: dumbbells, stability balls, boxing gloves, BOSU, medicine balls, resistance bands, and more right to your home!
